Exchange and Return

Those who return any product, the amount will be credited automatically in the SWISSER cashback account which you can use for any further purchase. It takes around 15 days to get the refund. If the product you purchase, is not of accurate size or the item is defective, you may also go for exchange policy. In this case the new item will be delivered at your doorstep free of cost but it all depends on the availability of the item in the stock.

However, there are certain rules and exceptions for the return and exchange policy. The deodorants, cosmetics etc will not be returned or exchanged. So be very careful while purchasing them. If you purchase any Accessory from SWISSER and if you wish to return it, then it can be done only within 15 days of receipt.

Those items which are to be returned or exchanged must be unused. They should be in their original packing and all the tags should be intact. No broken tags will be accepted. For example, if you wish to return the pair of shoes which you bought from SWISSER, then it should be in its original box with proper packaging.

Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by their logistics team. Some items, there is free gift associated with the product purchased, if you wish to return the original product, then please return the free gift as well. Company will not refund or exchange the product without the free item in any case.
